Sunday 5 April 1981 saw the birth of the first Exchange Exhibition organised by the C.A.M.E.R.; it was to become the most important event, accompanying the association to this day with excellent results and appreciation, becoming of international interest.
Historical motoring culture in the exhibition is transmitted to every corner with increasingly complete and exhaustive proposals, but in 2004 the need is felt for a breath of fresh air and a cultural pole is proposed to present a different theme each year with rationality, elegance and refinement. Thus was born ‘Punto Incontro’, the cultural salon of the C.A.M.E.R., the noblest part of the event, which saw a continuous growth and great success.
In recent years, in addition to the static exhibition of real gems of motoring history, real historical re-enactments have been proposed that combine motoring evolution with the social and cultural aspects of the years represented. A unique show of its kind in Italy.
After the success of the 43rd edition of the Exchange Exhibition in the new location of the Millenaria Fair in Gonzaga, held on 5, 6 and 7 April 2024, we are already preparing for the 44th edition that will take place in Spring on the weekend of 4, 5 and 6 April 2025, again in the beautiful location of the Gonzaga Fair Centre, in the province of Mantua, just 35 km from Reggio Emilia.
All 120,000 square metres of the exhibition area divided into covered pavilions and excellently distributed open-air spaces will be available to our exhibitors.
For visitors, maximum comfort with ample free parking areas distributed around the exhibition area just a few metres from the entrances, several catering and bar areas, and an internal information point.
On 4, 5 and 6 April 2025 members and enthusiasts of classic motorbikes and cars will find the C.A.M.E.R. Exchange Exhibition with its usual wide range of exhibits and 1,400 exhibitors from all over Europe. Extensive display of vintage and youngtimer motorbikes and thousands of spare parts and accessories. Expansion of the exhibition of vintage cars and youngtimers; numerous exhibition areas dedicated to children with unobtainable vintage models and games. The staff is already at work on further improving the organisation of the event and developing logistical and reception solutions for visitors and exhibitors in order to make it as easy as possible to reach and stay at the Gonzaga location.
For all those interested in staying a few days to discover the Virgilio area, its numerous Unesco World Heritage architectural works and its cuisine recognised throughout the world, we recommend that you book your accommodation now.
